Pongal, the harvest festival of Tamilnadu was celebrated with traditional fervour and gaiety in the School Campus. A demonstration of the process of agriculture, from sowing to harvesting was given.
The School held Republic Day Celebrations replete with march past, flag hoisting, speeches extolling the virtues of the Democratic Republic and saluting the selfless services of the combined forces. Cultural Programmes and Sweets distribution were part of it.
Continuing its activities of responsibility towards the society, Velankanni Public School with AVT Hospital and Frontier Life Line Hospital organised a FREE medical camp for the neighbourhood people to screen them for any type of heart ailment.
To create awareness among students and the general public about the horrors that may result due to indiscriminate pollution, Anti-Pollution Day was observed in the campus with speeches, rally and banners
We wholeheartedly thank Velankanni team in bringing out my daughter’s interest, skills and grooming her overall personality. It’s such a glory to see my child blossoming under your supervision.
I think my child has come on leaps and bounds and I am very impressed with the teaching my child has had and would like to say a big thank you to her teaching staff.
